Introduction: International instruments defining the term of a refugee: Early instruments, 1951 Convention, 1967 Protocol, main provisions, Statute of the Office of the UNHCR, regional instruments, asylum, treatment 2. Part I - Chapter I and Chapter II: General principles. Inclusion clauses 3. Chapter III: Cessations clauses 4. Chapter IV: Exclusion clauses 5. Chapter V and Chapter VI: Special cases 6.
