Course objectives
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will acquire practical knowledge and skills in selected areas of transport law, namely air, ship, rail and road transport, with a focus on their legal aspects. In addition, the student will be able to propose solutions to specific case studies and will be able to justify the solution of the case study.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to: - orient themselves in the problems of traffic law; - identify administrative processes in traffic law and be able to use them; - solve case studies from individual areas of transport law
