Syllabus
  • 1. History of international organizations 2. Problems of legal personality 3. Interpretation of texts 4. Membership and representation 5. Organs of organizations 6. Acts of organs: their legal effect 7. Responsibility to and of international organizations 8. The liability of member states vis-á-vis third parties 9. Privileges and immunities 10. Amendment of constitutions 11. The peaceful settlement of disputes 12. Conclusions.
Assessment methods (in Czech)
Lectures are held for a minimum of 5 students. With smaller number of students attending the course, lectures are replaced with tutorials. Reading list will be given by the course co-ordinator at the fist lecture or tutorial. The examination has a written and an oral part. Examination - credit requirements: 1. Written test 2. Oral examinaation - discussion
