Course objectives
The object of the course is to give the students information about the basic elements of international and European law. The course represents only an introduction into the problems.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
K udeleni zapoctu je treba treba odevzdat seminární práci v rozsahu cca 5 normostran, která se bude zabývat rozborem vybraného konkrétního rozhodnutí bud; a) Mezinárodního soudního dvora b) Evropského soudu pro lidská práva c) Soudního dvora ES. V práci musí být vysvetlena podstata kauzy, popsány související právní normy a zhodnoceno oduvodneni rozhodnutí. Termín odevzdání práce: 30. 11. 2001. Zápocet je prdpokladem pro pripusteni ke zkousce. Zkouska bude pisemna. Bude sestavat z sesti otazek, z nich kazda bude ohodnocena 10 body. Pro absolvovani kursu je treba ziskat alespon 36 bodu. Zkouska obsahove pokryva zadanou literaturu a odprednasenou latku.
