Course objectives
Psychoterapeutic techniques of selected psychoterapeutic approaches are intruduce in this course. Groundigs of theory and praxis logotherapy, existencial analyse, transactional analysis, process-oriented psychotherapy and family therapy are presented. Students will learn these techniques by their own experience with psychoterapeutic work in group. Subject is divided in three parts, each part lead by special lector.
at the end of the course the student will be able to:
- use information and practical experience for personal and professional development
- explain the differences between the presented therapeutic approaches
- interpret own experience with psychoterapeutic techniques on the basis of theoretical knowledge
Syllabus
  • 1.Specific use of therapeutic techniques
  • Lector: PhDr. Roman Hytych
  • Specific use of therapeutic techniques in different stages of the psychotherapeutic process with emphasis on the ethical aspects of therapeutic work. (eg warm up techniques and closing rituals, sharing in a group, capture the current group structure, etc.)
  • 2.Psychotherapeutic technics of logotherapy and existencial analysis

  • Theoretical principles of logotherapy. Techniques of Logotherapy (dereflexion, paradoxial intention, Socratic dialogue,modification of attitudes, metaphors in therapy etc.)
  • 3.Psychotherapeutic technics of family therapy
