Course objectives
The aim of the course is an introduction to the basic areas of mental hygiene. Lectures will consist of selected topics (stress, normality and mental health, crisis and it's role in a human life, life philosophy, values, sense and transcendence) and demonstrations of some mental hygiene techniques (autogenic training, progressive relaxation, breathing exercises etc.).
