Course objectives
Students should: 1. understand to quantitative research and statistics and their utility/usefulness in public policy and human resources 2. be able to conduct quantitative research as a whole 3. be able to use statistics in quantitative research process 4. be able to interpret results of statistical data analysis in research journals (passive knowledge) 5. master selected introductory statistical methods (active knowledge)
