A) students have completed 20 credits (students are not in the first semester); B) students of SPR have completed course SPR467. Registration for the course will be based on the teacher's consent (subject to the assumptions, based on the result of motivational interview as the capacity of course). Maximum number of students - 10.

Course objectives
Course Objectives: - Self-awareness, personal growth and development - Deepen understanding of themselves and others, their own personal preconditions for the exercise of the profession, the importance of learning acquired knowledge and skills, - Increase the ability of students to apply theory in the field of profession - Reinforce of the personality, sincerity, empathy - Strengthening the perception of boundaries of professional and personal life, strengths and weaknesses - Developing awareness of the importance of their own opinions, attitudes, values, key for the profession
Learning outcomes
After completing the course students will: - Deepening of understanding of oneself and others, of personal prerequisites for the profession, the importance of studying acquired knowledge and skills, - Increasing the students' ability to apply the theory of the field in the profession - Strengthening your own subjectivity, trueness, empathy - Strengthening the perception of the boundaries of professional and personal life, strengths and weaknesses
Syllabus
  • The organization opened: Students register for the course through the System shall request the consent of registration. Once registered, students complete a personal interview, which will take place during orientation week at a time for teaching. Students bring to the interview text (with a range of one A4) with the answer to the question "Why do I want to pass experiential group?". Selected students will be granted consent to the registration. Organization of the course: The course will be held at 7 blocks of 6 hours (6 blocks of continuous, 1 block final) at 6 weeks of instruction following the orientation week (motivational interview). The final block will take place three weeks after the last continuous block. After each block of continuous draw up the trainees seminar paper / newspaper (free text with thoughts, feelings, impressions, observations ... which are the groups). Deadline: immediately, at the latest on Monday morning following the completion of each block. Students excuse of absence from the group in advance, via e-mail the group leader. Students agree to abide by the rules usual in a professional environment helping professions.

Teaching methods
Group meetings during the semester with a discussion of the participants discharging topics related to various aspects of study, work and personal lives of learners, the head groups are directed towards these topics in the context of the education and employment of trainees. During group work in terms of strengthening personal and professional identity through insight into oneself and others. Techniques - free associations, discussion, feedback, reflection, interpretation, analysis of anti / transmission, corrective experience.
Assessment methods
Credit Requirements: Attendance: minimum 36 hours of the 42 scheduled, it is possible to add more to the agreement of all members (for example, if someone were missing hours). Seminar work: after each block students placed in the System seminar work. Essay: after the last continuous block, students develop an essay on the topic arising from the experience of groups to use continuous, range 10 pages. The essay will answer the question "What a way for me was important in the life of the group?". The proposal for the structure of essays will be posted in the System. Deadline: two weeks after the sixth block. The theme of the final block, "What I wrote in the final work."
