Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce the student to the theoretical context and practical application of selected styles of leadership. The information obtained to help students to establish a style of leadership that is based on their individual potential.
Learning outcomes
Graduates of the course will be able to understand: what it means to lead people;
what is the role of the leader;
what qualities should have a leader;
principles of effective leadership;
identify their own abilities and skills that are needed to develop for their leadership;

  • Characteristics of the leader and his role;
  • Vision and its role in leadership;
  • The objectives of individuals, teams and organizations Motivation;
  • Expectations, needs and motivation of individuals and teams;
  • The analysis of their own strengths and weaknesses for leadership, Eemotional intelligence and its role in the leadership;
