Course objectives
OBJECTIVES: - Convey motivated and talented students with practical experience in the development and management of human resources in selected employers organizations. - Provide students with feedback from the acquisition of the first practical work experience in the technical professional positions. Group workshops and Individual consultations provide an opportunity to confront the practical problems that students experience during practice, their theoretical explanation. The content of each Workshops are primarily reflection conditions for the exercise of personal work, analysis of examples of practice and training of basic skills and abilities to perform HR / managerial work. - Provide employers' organizations scope for development and practical training
Syllabus
  • In the second week of the semester, the student chooses, in its sole discretion organization and speaks to her in practice (choice of the partner organizations providing prearranged practice or ask your own organization). At the beginning of the semester, students will receive a current list of pre-negotiated partner organizations that interest you complete and send the form teacher interested in the practice, which marks the organization, which has an interest in the practice exercise. The organization then based on their requirements documents or interviews, selecting students / to that / She will perform at their practice. Students who fail in this selection, you must find yourself another organization, because otherwise they can not meet the requirements of the course! Students must consult the whole process of selecting an organization with a course (either on the first two group meetings or individually).
