- Course objectives
- Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to understand the basics of organizational environment and principles of personal management, At the end of this course, students should be able to senzitive perception of organization from two perspectives. First, individuals are objects organizational control and second, they are subjects formation organizational relationship.
