Course objectives
Students will get information an knowledge on the theory and practice of the employment relations and its actors. They will be orientated in employment relation institutions, labor market and labor code. Students will be able to manage the process of collective bargaining. They will be able to assess the nature of employment relations on lokal, national, and global level.
Learning outcomes
- Students gain expertise in solving practical problems in HR management that shape in the interactions of employers and employees. - They are able to solve problems in different social contexts. - They prove the ability by writing a seminar paper, which has a research character.
