- Course objectives
- Given the increasingly global trend of multimedialization, students of journalistic are required to get ready for this type of work in their future profession. The course called On-line journal Stisk will focus on the application of students' knowledge and the development of their practical skills. The on-line journal Stisk is a practical workshop for students and will be presented as an independent news site in the Multimedia Project. This project is based on the idea of an interactive web interface, reflecting the latest trends in multimedia journalism.
On successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
to understand practical routines in the multimedia newsrooms;
to write for on-line daily;
to learn and practise multimedia journalism. - Syllabus
- First week: Introduction to on-line media organization and writing.
- Week 2-12: Writing for on-line daily.
- Week 13: Evaluation of students articles and media organization.
