Course objectives
The aim of the course is to apply the theoretical skills acquired in the Data in Journalism course. Students work in teams of three on their own article: they choose a topic, collect data, analyze it, create visualizations and the final article. Students work independently on the topics, and there is a joint consultation 4 times a semester.
Learning outcomes
Students will learn:
(1) synergistically use data analysis and visualization tools;
(2) synthetically work with, analyze, and interpret collected data; and
(3) independently create a comprehensive journalistic product based on the principles of data journalism and data analysis.

  • 4. Final consultation, alternatively colloquium presentation and evaluation of projects.
