Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
In the course the student prepares for participation in an international conference (or an international conference held in the Czech Republic by organizations such as ICA, ECREA, etc.), organizing a presentation and presenting their own original contribution at the conference. Preparation for the conference occurs under the mentored supervision of the student’s supervisor. An acceptable format is either a conference presentation or a poster presentation. The purpose of the course is to enhance the student’s proficiency in presenting their research work.
Learning outcomes
The course develops learning outcomes No.1, 2 and 4.
Syllabus
  • To complete the course the student is expected to actively participate in an international conference (or an international conference held in the Czech Republic by organizations such as ICA, ECREA, etc.). Active participation means that the student is expected to present results by themselves in the form of a presentation, a conference poster or a conference paper. The credit is awarded by the supervisor.
