Syllabus
  • Ecology - definition, subject, relations to other sciences. Basic ecological priciples and categories. Basic ecological factors - radiation, warmth, water, atmosphere, soil. Interspecific and infraspecific interactions. Population - definition, characters, methods and meaning of the study. Community - definition, structure, relations, evolution, methods and meaning of the study. Meaning of plants in the ecosystem of the Earth. Influence of man's activity on the vegetation of the central Europe and further regions of the Earth.
