Immunological practices are focused on the methods used in praxis in the immunological and biochemical laboratories.

  • 1. Histology of immune organs. 2. Determination of mikrobic activity of haemolympha 3. Methods of phagocythosis 4. Bloot differentiation of leucocyte 5. Nephelometric determination of human IgG 6. Oxidative flare - up 7. Immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony, Manciniová kinds) 8. Immunoelectrophoresis 9. Determination of lysozym in samples 10.Determination of complement level 11.Double radial Immunodiffusion 12.Flowcytometry 13.Class ticket
