Syllabus
  • Isolation of ultrapure plasmid DNA, restriction analysis of plasmid DNA, modification of recessed termini of plasmid DNA. Agarose gel electrophoresis of plasmid DNA, elution of DNA fragments from the gel. Ligation of DNA molecules and screening of recombinant plasmids: transformation of competent bacterial cells by electroporation, minipreparation of plasmid DNA a restriction analysis. Storage of bacterial clones in deep freeze. Partial digest of DNA.
