  • Strategy of the construction of recombinant microorganisms for industrial applications. Recombinant proteins. Denaturation and renaturation of proteins. Determination of identity and purity of recombinant proteins. Factors responsible for protein stability. Solvents stabilisation of protein structure. Influence of nonaqueous media on immobilized enzyme activities. Use of immobilized proteins in biotechnological applications. Biotechnological production of low molecaular compounds. Biodegradable polymers. Production of polyhydroxyalkane acids. Use of molecular biotechnology in vaccines and therapeutic agents production. Use of molecular biotechnology in microbiological insecticides production. Production of probiotics and feed enzymes. Special microbiological applications. Legislative constraints of enzyme preparations in food processing.
