Course objectives
The lecture is aimed at giving students useful information about research performed in laboratories focused on human biology at the Masaryk University as well as at some of academic facilities.
At the end of the course, students should be able:
- criticize research area in the field of human biology
- choose the topics of their bachelor and/or diploma thesis

  • Information about the study of Human biology at Faculty of Science, Masaryk University
  • Research activities of laboratories in frame of Institute of Experimental Biology
  • Research activities of selected laboratories at the Institute of Biophysics, Academy of Science, Brno
  • Research activities of selected laboratories at Faculty of Medicine and FN Brno
  • Participation in Bi3336 Seminar of Specialization Human Biology I (obligatory participation in three seminars in semester)
