Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: work with standard light microscope, prepare bacis native histological section, understand and explain persistent section preparation,understand and explain structure of basic animal tissues, recognize basic animal tissues in histological sections.
Syllabus
  • 1. Basis of microscope techniques, principles and technical overview of microscope 2. modified metodology in light microscopy, elektron and confocal microscope techniques 3. Cytology: single cell organisms and morphology of animal cells 4. Epitels 5. Connecting and binding tissue 6. Trophic tissue blood and body fluid 7. Muscle tissue 8. Organ systems
