Course objectives
The main objective of the course is to present a basic socio-cultural characteristic (ethnical composition, life-philosophy, organization of relationships between the individual and the social organisation, ethical and statesman doctrines, main cultural and technological discoveries) of the important ancient cultural-historical areas of the world; characterize specifics; emphasize the contributions of individual areas to the world culture.
