At the end of the course students should be able to work with scientific literature, to identify the problem, formulate hypothesis which is subsequently tested by the series of suitable experiments in the laboratories. After concluding the courses I-IV the student should be able to use the data and information acquired during elaboration of the Master thesis and elaborate them in a complex way so that the student can finish and submit a valid Master thesis and present the results and conclusions of experimental scientific work by oral form.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course (and the subsequent courses), the student should be prepared for a successful defense of the thesis, which is a part of the final state examination.
