Prerequisites
SOUHLAS
FFor Erasmus students coming to the Department of Anthropology. Based on the research interests of the students and on the possibilities of the Department and the teacher a topic of the project will be selected. The goal of this course is for the students to get acquainted to the specifics of team work (eventually individual work) on a scientific, anthropology oriented project. The course is aimed at introducing the students to the process (hypothesis formulation, experiment design, data collection, analyses, results interpretation and conclusion forming) in realistic settings, preparing them for the undertaking of theses, presentations and scientific papers. Students work individually (or in a small team), using the process of regular scientific research. Topics of the research preferably in physical anthropology - anthropometry, nutrition, sports etc.

Course objectives
