Course objectives
The aim of the lecture is to give to students information on all basic group of parasitic protozoa, including their systematic possition and current knowledge of their phylogeny, cell organisation, life cycles, and effect on the host organisms including important diseases.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to describe, identify and classify basic groups of parasitic protozoa from various points of view; will know the diseases caused by prarazitic protozoans.
