Course objectives
Interpretation of technological and cultural evolution in the context of physical evolution of man. Interpretation of archaeological record and its comparison in various evolutionary stages: the oldest Palaeolithicum of Africa, old and middle Palaeolithicum of the Old World, origin of joung Palaeolithicum and its final stage (especially Moravian Gravettien and Magdalenien of western Europe).
