Main objectives can be summarized as follows: practical determination of ecological and bioindication important groups of invertebrates Protozoa, Nematoda, Rotifera, Oligochaeta, Ephemeroptera, Odonata, Plecoptera, Megaloptera, Trichoptera, Coleoptera, Diptera.
