VÝSKYT TOXICKÝCH PRVKŮ V PRACOVNÍM A ŽIVOTNÍM PROSTŘEDÍ. ZPŮSOB ZHODNOCENÍ TOXICITY A ESENCIALITY PRVKŮ A JEJICH SPECIACÍ PRO ČLOVĚKA. PODROBNÁ ANALYTICKÁ CHARAKTERISTIKA VYBRANÝCH TOXICKÝCH PRVKŮ
Syllabus
  • 1. Toxic elements in working milieu and environment 2. Esenciality and toxicity of elements and their speciations 3. Nature and ways of intoxication for man 4. Evaluation of risks and limits for toxicity for elements and their species 5. Ambivalent behaviour of elements and their compounds 6. Indicators of intoxication of the body and the environment 7. Relation between the toxicity and the oxidation number of the element and the properties of its species 8. Problems with the sampling and the treatment ( decomposition ) of mineral, biological and clinical samples. 9. Toxicologic and analytical approach for particular toxic elements. 10. Analytical characteristics and determination of Be, Cd, Hg, Pb, Ni, As, Sb, Se, Te, U, Pt, Al, Ti, Cr etc.
