  • Circuit element and their charakteristics. PN junction, semiconductor diodes. Bipolar junction transistor. Field-effect transistor. Small- signal amplifiers. Operational amplifiers. LC and RC circuits. Practical diode circuits. LC and RC oscillators. Switching circuits. Digital logic circuits. Combinational logic modules. Sequential logic modules.
