Course objectives
Properties of photomultipliers in luminescense, two-dimensional detectors of light. Modern experimental techniques in luminescence. Measurement of luminescence with the aid of laser an synchrotron radiation. Fluorescent probes in molecular biology. Physical principles of fluorescent flow cytometry. Fluorescent photodiagnosis of cancer.
