  • Struktura hmoty: Schrodingerova rovnice - stacionární stavy, hustota pravděpodobnosti, rovnovážné vzdálenosti; analýza rozložení náboje v molekule, Mullikenovo obsazení
  • Tepelná odezva tkání: mikroskopický pohled - kmity mříže, tepelná kapacita; makroskopický pohled - vedení tepla, perfuze, kryoterpaie.
  • Optická odezva (bio)molekul: infračervená a ramanská spketroskopie biomolekul
