- Course objectives
- Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to understanding the basic principles of electron microscopy and microanalysis training of SEM, EDX, and WDX analytical problems on electron microscope and microprobe
- Learning outcomes
- After completing this course the student will be familiar with the basic principles of electron microscopy and microanalysis. He/she will also be able to operate an electron microscope after completing the course.
