Course objectives (in Czech)
Praktické aspekty zpracování a interpretace seismogramu. Určeno posluchačům s dobrými výsledky v předmětu Fyzika Země a vážným zájmem o podrobnou znalost zpracování seismogramů. Počet posluchačů bude omezen a přednostně budou přijati studenti řešící seismologicky orientovanou diplomovou práci.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Seismometr, digitalizace, telemetrický přenos dat, datové formáty a filtrace.
  • Rychlostní model.
  • Lokalizace ohniska.
  • Polarizační analýza.
  • Fokální mechanismy.
  • Základy práce v prostředí Unix, nawk, GMT, tvorba map.
  • Zdroje a výměna seismologických informací.
