student se prakticky seznámí s EDX a WDS analýzou a nastavením elektronového mikroskopu Jeol 6490LV a elektronové mikrosondy Cameca SX100 student bude schopen samostatné práce na elektronovém mikroskopu Jeol 6490LV s EDX analyzátorem

  • praktické cvičení na SEM Jeol 6490LV (focení v SE, BSE -compo/topo, EDX analýza, mapování) praktické cvičení na elekronové mikrosondě Cameca SX100 (BSE, EDX, WDX, kalibrace, kvantifikace, bodové analýzy, mapy, linie, scany)
