Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain basic notions and results of differential calculus a and apply them to concrete function analysis.
Syllabus
  • Real numbers. Sequences and elementary functions. Differential calculus of one variable (limit and continuity, derivative, investigation of the graphs of functions, Taylor's formula).

Teaching methods
Lecture with a seminar. Lectures are supported by reading and moderated group discussions on topics involved.
