Course objectives
Basic course on vector bundles and on construction of K-groups of topological spaces. This costructions leads to rich cohomology theory with many interesting applications.
Syllabus
  • Vector bundles. Construction of K-theory. Bott periodicity. Computations of K-grups. Chern character. Applications.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Přednáška dvakrát týdně po dvou hodinách. Na přednáškách budou zadávány průběžné domácí úkoly. Jejich hodnocení bude tvořit 30% zkoušky. Další část zkoušky bude písemka a ústní zkouška.
