Basic concepts of spatial data presentation in digital format Vector and Raster data format, advantages and disadvantages Spatial querries Cartographic processing of statistical data - thematic mapping Analysis and visualization of point measurement, sampling Basic interpolation algorithms, introduction to geostatistics Construction, presentation and analysis of continuous fields Digital terrain model Map algebra, logical and aritmethic operations using spatial data
