A precondition for this course is the artistic approach and the respect for the character of typography and graphic design, including the manual execution of the projects.

Course objectives
Bachelor and Master degree course is a continuation of PV083 Graphic Design II and PV067 Typography II. The aim of this course is to create interactive publications for mobile devices using visual communication, animation, illustration, and information graphics. In the process, students will obtain knowledge of e-publishing in Adobe Indesign CS6 and animations using HTML5. Students are expected to a pro-active approach to solving new technological procedures.
Learning outcomes
A student will understand the subject of the graphic design and typography, will be able to design and implement a motion graphics and will be able to relate the motion graphics with static elements and dynamic picture through e-publishing.

  • Model of a printed magazine.
  • Digital interactive magazine for Ipads or SmartPhones.
Teaching methods
Work in a studio: Assignment, consultation, working on the assignment (using graphics software Adobe InDesign CS6), assignment completion. Students consult the assignment with teachers and take their remarks into account. Final digital presentation.
Assessment methods
Colloquim asessment based on digital presentation. Assignment results saved on medium.
