Course objectives
The primary objective of this course is to make students familiar with large language models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, and their effects on education. Apart from that, some ethical problem related to this subject will be discussed.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, students will:
- have basic understanding of how LLMs work;
- have learned how to construct a well-written prompt;
- have gained enough knowledge to be able to responsibly use ChatGPT both for teaching and learning, and use it to create quality educational materials;
- be able to evaluate the quality of the output of ChatGPT;
- have become familiar with some of the ethical questions related to this topic;
