Prerequisites
The subject is enrolled by a student who will write a bachelor thesis from the Czech literature on the literary section of the Department of Czech Language and Literature. Typically in the fourth semester of a bachelor's degree.

Course objectives
The course is designed as a final course encouraging students to write their thesis meeting all the requirements placed on it. Completion of this course will ensure that the student submits thesis agreed by supervisor. The student should be ready for a successful defense of thesis and aware of the requirements stated by a commission on defense.Students will be able to interpret literary pieces as well as justify and support their views using their knowledge of literary studies.
Learning outcomes
The student submits the work approved by the supervisor.
The student should be prepared for a successful defence of the thesis and familiar with the requirements that will be placed on it by the state commission in defence.
Students will be able to interpret literary works and defend and support their opinions by literary knowledge.

  • The student shall keep touch with the teacher (trainer, tutor) and discuss with him the thema of the thesis.
