Základy systému a evoluce nižších rostlin a hub. Základy systému a evoluce vyšších rotstlin. Základy zoologie bezobratlých. Znalost chemie alespoň na gymnaziální úrovni.

Course objectives
Ecosystems of standing and running waters. Basic characteristics of water, characterization of standing and runnig water, living conditions, communities of organisms, water pollutions, human activity, acidification, eutrophication, sewage water.
Syllabus
  • 1. Physical and chemical properties of the water, light, thermic regime, nutrient cycle. 2. Standing water: Characteristic, classification, communities of organisms. 3. Running water: Characteristic, classification, nutrient cycle, the river continuum concept, pollution and self-purification, communities of organisms. 4. Acidification and eutrophication. 5. Pollutions, human activity, sewage water.

Podmínky udělení zápočtu: Pravidelná docházka na výuku předmětu. Dobře vedené protokoly ze cvičení a z terénního vyučování, zkontrolované vyučujícím. Úspěšně zvládnutý test znalostí z tohoto předmětu.
