Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able: 1. to understand of the alternative methods and the methods of the critical thinking; 2. to use the alternative methods - the methods should develop active, effective learning; 3. to use the methods of the critical thinking in teaching Czech (especially in grammar and stylistic lessons) in the grammmar scholl. 4. to use textbooks in teaching Czech. Gained educational methods correspond to the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education.

  • 1. Czech language teaching in the grammar school.
  • 2. Methodology and strategy of efektive learning and teaching - evocation phase methods of the lesson,realization phase methods,reflection phase methods.
  • 3. Influence of teaching methods on the atmosphere in schools.
  • 4. Asking questions.
  • 5. Textbooks and other aids.
