Course objectives

The aim of the subject is to introduce students to the main tendencies in the development of Czech drama after the year 1989.

Syllabus

1. České činoherní divadlo 90. let. Proměny a problémy dramaturgie. 2. Výrazné režijní osobnosti a generace v českém divadle 90. let. 3. Hledání nové české hry. Soutěž o Cenu Nadace Alfréda Radoka za nejlepší původní českou nebo slovenskou divadelní hru roku. 4. Výrazné osobnosti českého dramatu 90. let. Interpretační nárysy vybraných her. 5. Závěrečné hodnocení problematiky, diskuse.
