Course objectives
The aim of the course is to produce a final thesis that will be submitted to the examining board at the final exam. The final thesis will be prepared in the form of a professional portfolio. The aim of the course is the completion of individual teaching portfolios of the participant/participant. The portfolio should contain the results of the participant's work, i.e. outputs from the courses completed so far during the studies - e.g.: preparations for the lesson, self-made teaching aids, confirmations from the completed sub-seminars/workshops, self-reflection of the participant, etc. During the course, the participant/participants will comment and contrast each other's portfolios (or selected parts). The portfolio should be of such quality and quantity that it is applicable and as useful as possible in teaching practice in primary school. The portfolio will be presented to the examining board at the final exam in didactics of health education.
Learning outcomes
The participant will be able to: - analyze, summarize and evaluate his/her pedagogical, didactic, professional activity, - Conceive his/her professional portfolio, - search, create, analyse and critically evaluate teaching materials, - present the portfolio in an adequate graphic design.
Syllabus
  • - collection and preparation of documents for the portfolio, - working with visual and textual information (analysis and selection), - preparation of the graphic design of the portfolio, - creation of the print portfolio (printing and pre-press preparation), - selection of materials for printing and actual printing of the portfolio.

Teaching methods
Teaching takes the form of webinars and independent work.
Assessment methods
The participant consults the content of the portfolio with the teachers during the study and discusses its content with other participants. The scope of the portfolio is not strictly defined, but a professional graphic design is required, the portfolio is submitted in hard copy and is handed directly to the examination board. It is returned to the authors at the end of the examination.
