Course objectives
Basic concepts of probability theory, conditional probability, Bayes' formula. Independent events, Bernouilliovo scheme. Continuous and discrete random variables, their distribution and characteristics (mean, dispersion, correlation coefficient). Chebyshev inequality, the law of large numbers. Basic concepts of descriptive statistics and their applications. Statistical population and its basic characteristics of statistical hypothesis testing, didactic test.
Syllabus
  • Phenomenological point of operation, the fundamental issues, phenomenal field. The probability of the final phenomenal field. Combinatorial methods in probability theory. Applications of combinatorics, the principle of inclusion and exclusion. Basic concepts of probability theory, conditional probability, Bayes' formula. Independent events, Bernouilliovo scheme.
