Course objectives
The goal is to acquire knowledge needed for programming our CNC machines intended for machining. In sub-chapter explains the basic principles of programming tool paths and their correction in Cartesian, polar and cylindrical coordinate systems and their transformation. Students will learn the use of modern tools and tooling systems from leading manufacturers and basic optimization calculations for different manufacturing strategies, especially the technology of turning, milling, drilling and threading. The CNC program control is used graphical simulation of machining. Emphasis is placed particularly on the machining of complex shaped surfaces, conventional technologies nevyrobitelných. In the end, explained the different ways of processing and data transfer from the superstructure of CAD / CAM systems, post processors and machining verifier.
