Course objectives
Objective: The aim of the course is the mastery of knowledge needed for the programming of modern CNC machines for cutting operation. In sub-chapters explaining the basic principles of programming tools and their paths correction in kartézských, polar and cylindrical coordinate systems and their transformation. Students will gain knowledge of the use of modern tools and tooling systems from the world's leading manufacturers and basic optimization calculations for the different production strategies, particularly for technology turning, milling, drilling and thread cutting. The CNC control programs are used by graphic simulation of machining. Emphasis is placed particularly on the machining of complex shaped surfaces, conventional technologies nevyrobitelných. In conclusion, explaining the different ways of processing and data transmission from nadstavbových CAD / CAM systems, processor and verifikátory machining
