Course objectives
Educational objectives of the subject are basic knowledge of the fact that the way in which one is trying to understand universe, means to extrapolate the physical laws flowing from local experiments to the processes going on in and by means of these laws try to explain astronomically observed phenomena. Skills to get closer the ideas of theoretical geniuses and the results of the cruciate experiments to the pupils. Main educational content is included concepts as standard cosmological model, gravity, cosmological principle Objectives: Knowledge: on a theoretical basis of knowledge about the origin, state and visions of the universe Skills: to mediate using the analogy of selected knowledge to pupils Attitudes: to accept the possibility of extraterrestrial civilization.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to:
orientate themselves in cosmological models and basic theoretical ideas
work with information on the basic ideas of evolution of the universe.
