Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarised as follows:
to introduce into basic techniques of analytical chemistry in industry, medicine and forensic sciences. Nanoparticles and their research.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
apply basic knowledge from analytical chemistry and its use in practice.
Syllabus
  • 1. Statistical processing of the analysis results. Limit of detection. Limit of quantification.
  • 2. Options of the use of analytical chemistry methods for analysis in industry, medicine, forensic sciences.
  • 3. Classification of particles: fullerenes, quantum dots, magnetic nanoparticles, liposome
  • 4. Analysis of nanoparticles by intrumental techniques.
