Course objectives
Annotation: Learning outcomes of the course unit is to provide a students' space for reflection of the experience from their own professional practice, which is realized within the course named Professional Practice 1. To help students deepen their reflective and self-reflective skills, especially in acquiring new knowledge in their field.
Objectives: Knowledge: A comprehensive overview of knowledge about the topic of linking pedagogical-psychological disciplines with vocational subjects professional topics, including the subject of training. Skills: To characterize the operation of the high school. Prove to find and work with school documentation to build a thematic plan and then create specific content and methodical preparation of teachers for teaching. Select the appropriate teaching methods and material support for specific subject content etc. Realize prepared lesson. Orientate in the system entry in the class register. Use principles of ethical conduct teacher. Implemented to analyze their own educational process and receive feedback from the head teacher practice. Attitude: To learn the value of objectivity. Deepen the values of ethical behavior and responsibility towards themselves and others. Deepen the values of a healthy lifestyle. Deepen the responsibility of careful preparation of teachers for teaching unit.

After completing the course, students should know and be able to:
Learning outcomes: At the end of the course the student will be able: • better understand the essential aspects of searching for their own further vocational education in connection with the basic documents of the secondary school for a particular field of education, which were discussed in the classroom; • can use reflection (and self-reflection) as a tool of professional learning.

  • Syllabus exercises (block): • understanding the differences between descriptive and reflective writing • group work with a pedagogical (reflective) diary • acquiring of reflection and self-reflection as a tool for professional learning with respect to generally pedagogical and psychological aspect of teacher’s work.

Assessment methods
• active participation in the seminar; • submission of records in the reflective diary. (After the inspection the daily teaching practice will be returned to the student.)
